Please check any item you order from us on receipt as we will only accept products returned to us in their original condition and fit for re-sale unless we have been given prior notice that an item is faulty.
By Collect+ CollectPlus is a convenient way to return parcels at over 4,500 local shops and most are open from early until late, 7 days a week. You will receive proof of postage, and an online tracking code, so that you can follow your parcel's progress back to us.
If you receive a faulty item please return it to us within 30 days’ of receipt. Please remember to get in touch with our Customer Service team prior to returning.
Refunds will be processed within 1-2 working days of receipt. Once processed funds will be returned via the same payment method that was used at checkout. This can take 2-3 working days to show on your balance, if paid by debit / credit card.
