Shipping policy

OUR DELIVERY OPTIONS;

All items are shipped by Bucks & Co Int. Limited from our warehouse in Preston. The cut-off for same day dispatch is 3.30pm, Monday to Friday (excluding bank holidays).

• UK Standard Tracked Delivery (3 - 5 Working Days) – £4.95
• UK Express Tracked Delivery (1 Working Day) – £6.95
• International - £14.95

For example if you order Friday at 10pm with UK Express Tracked Delivery, your order will dispatched on Monday and you will receive it on Tuesday. If the Monday is a bank holiday, it will be dispatched on Tuesday and you will receive it Wednesday.

 

IF YOU HAVE NOT RECIEVED YOUR ORDER;

Don't worry our customer service is very good and we track every order.  You can see where it is in transit from our depot direct to your door. If you have any concerns just email info@voijeans.com
